Newlife is the trusted long-term partner of hundreds of major retailers, manufacturers and brand holders in the UK and Europe.
Many of these can be found on our Partners page. For over 20 years we have securely managed customer returns and other unrequired stock, in an environmentally sustainable way, through:
Through Newlife, both major and independent companies achieve vital parts of their Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, at little or no cost to them. From fashion to homewares and everything in between. The only products we cannot accept are food and drink – at this time.
We guarantee that we will remove branding to a standard where the items could not be returned to stores for a fraudulent refund. This is a unique operation across the UK and Europe.
In a world where the public, shareholders and stakeholders all want companies to be environmentally sound and do business in the ‘right way’, working through Newlife delivers all this, simply and effectively.
In addition, Newlife helps companies achieve their legal requirements in terms of waste management. We are registered with the Environment Agency and Newlife accepts all the product liability of stock donated, on arrival.
Newlife’s Corporate Services team lead on the relationship with retailers, manufactures and brand holders. They ensure that the products we manage are handled in environmentally sustainable ways, while avoiding the substantial risks which come from selling to jobbers or using other services which trade on their corporate name. This can have commercial damage through fraudulent refund claims/ and brand dilution. Volume is not an issue for Newlife, we operate in thousands of square footage of warehousing.
In addition, we can offer some companies data to help them understand their un-used or customer returned stock. This independent data can help find improvements through relationships with suppliers, training of staff and audit control.
During the management of stock donated to Newlife, we employ and train disabled adults and give enrichment and purpose to disabled volunteers who work alongside our staff and other volunteers in equality and appreciation.
We are experienced at working with a partner’s Communications/PR/Online teams to tell the world about CSR commitments, or we can be discreet if a company requires this. With over 20 years’ experience we are the trusted choice.
Unwanted stock will raise vital funds to change the lives of disabled and terminally ill children, through the care and Nurse led services we deliver, while also helping us invest in child health research. It will help us train or give enrichment to the lives of disabled adults and in the meantime, our partners are protecting their brand, their commercial enterprise and protecting the environment.
