CHARITY RUN TO HELP DISABLED AND TERMINALLY ILL CHILDREN

If you love to run, why not follow your passion through the beautiful countryside over Chasewater and help local disabled and terminally children at the same time?

The Newlife Chasewater 10k is being held on Sunday, July 16, and begins at 10.30am with runners taking two laps around the picturesque course. There’s also lots to keep younger members of the family entertained with stalls, a bouncy castle and playground based at the start / finish line.

The 10k run is the first held by Newlife the Charity for Disabled Children at Chasewater. To take part all entrants must be aged 16 and over and book and pay the £15 entry fee in advance. For more information visit www.newlifecharity.co.uk/chasewater or call the Newlife fundraising team on 01543 462777.

Deputy Community Fundraising Manager Chris Fielding said: “A fun day for all the family has been planned, with 100 per cent of all money raised from the event used to help fund vital equipment for children with a disability or terminal illness in Staffordshire and the West Midlands. Taking part could really help to change a child’s life.”
