A charity quiz evening at The Peace Memorial Hall in Penkridge later this month (March) is being organised to raise money to help disabled and terminally ill children.

Cuttlestones Auctioneers & Valuers will be hosting the event from 7pm on Wednesday 27 March. With questions designed to test general knowledge, teams of up to six people are invited to take part to help raise funds for Cuttlestones’ nominated Charity of the Year, Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children.

Cuttlestones’ Managing Director and Head Auctioneer Ben Gamble says:

“Quiz evenings are always fun and a good way of raising funds, so we thought it would be the ideal way to kick-start our fundraising campaign for Newlife Foundation. The ticket price includes a fish and chip supper and there will be a licensed bar on site, so it should be a great night out for those who are serious quiz contenders and teams just looking to have a good evening’s entertainment while raising cash for a very worthwhile cause.”
