Our FREE national Nurse Helpline offers emotional and practical support to families and professionals caring for disabled and terminally ill children, including specialist health information and support. Our team of professionally qualified, registered nurses have a wealth of experience and are committed to putting the needs of children and their families first.

Our experienced Nurses are available to give condition specific support and information, while the rest of our Child & Family Support team provide information and updates about our Equipment Services. Our nurses are available to support with your application process if you need help with the piece of equipment needed or supporting professional. As well as emotional support, our nurses can offer practical support and signposting for families to organisations that can provide further help where needed.
