For families of children and young people under 19 years of age, our nurses can provide emotional and practical guidance. They can give you information about our services and how we may be able to support you and your child. They can also provide information about specific conditions and signpost you to other organisations and services that may be helpful.
How to speak to a nurse
We recommend booking an appointment. It’s the quickest and easiest way to speak directly with a nurse. You can book an appointment with a nurse online.
You will need your child’s NHS number to hand when booking a nurse appointment. Find your NHS number – NHS.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:30pm.
