STEVE SWEATS IT OUT FOR NEWLIFE

On 22 July personal trainer Steve Mead from Sweat gym in Walsall will be taking on a mammoth challenge, consisting of 1000 wall ball shots with a 9kg ball, to raise vital funds for Newlife.

Sweat gym have also teamed up with Future Elite Body Builders Club to hold various fundraising events throughout the day, including a raffle to win various prizes, such as t-shirts, supplements, personal training sessions, meal vouchers and much more. All money raised will go towards providing essential equipment to disabled and terminally ill children in the West Midlands.

There will also be a pop up supplement store selling a range of supplements, with a percentage of the proceeds going to Newlife. The event is open to anyone aged 16 and over and starts from 9am.
