Throwing yourself into fundraising took on a whole new meaning for 14 fearless individuals who took part in a tandem skydive to raise money for Newlife Foundation

The daredevils, many of which work for Newlife or are related to employees, took part in the event at Tilstock Airfield in Shropshire on Saturday, September 27 and are now on track to raise more than £5,000 – with 100 per cent of the funds being used to help disabled children.

Nora Smith, Newlife fundraising manager, said: “Everyone who took part showed amazing courage and really challenged themselves. They did fantastically well and the money raised will make a huge difference to the lives of disabled and terminally ill children who will receive equipment because of it.”
