TINY TOTS ARE DOING THEIR BIT TO SUPPORT DISABLED CHILDREN’S CHARITY

Children at a Heath Hayes nursery will be using their creative skills to help support a disabled children’s charity.

Pupils of Stepping Stones Day Nursery will be decorating cardboard Easter Eggs as part Easter celebrations and staff will donate real chocolate eggs to Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children as prizes for the charity’s fundraising Easter Tombola in April.

Nursery owner Carole Price said: “We wanted to make sure that we supported a locally-based charity and a good cause and so Newlife Foundation was the obvious choice. It means a lot to know that the children at our nursery will be helping charity.”

The tombola will be held at the Newlife Superstore, in Hemlock Way, Cannock in mid-April.
