Waitrose Four Oaks in Sutton Coldfield donated £560 through its Community Matters scheme to Newlife the Charity for Disabled Children.

Every month the branch at Highgate Centre donates £1,000 between three local good causes and recently Newlife was one of the three chosen. At the checkout, customers received a token and then placed it in the box of the good cause that they wanted to support. The more tokens the charity gets, the bigger the donation they receive. This time, Newlife received over half the tokens!

All money raised will help children with disabilities or terminal illness in the West Midlands.
