BRIDGEWATER FUNERAL CARE SUPPORT NEWLIFE

Waitrose at Spinningsfields donated £190 through its Community Matters scheme to Newlife Foundation for disabled children.

Every month the branch at Spinningfields donates £1000 between three local good causes and in May one of the three was Newlife. At the checkout, customers received a token and then placed it the box of the good cause that they wanted to support. The more tokens the charity gets, the bigger the donation they receive.

Money donated by Waitrose will go directly to help children with disabilities or terminal illness in Greater Manchester.
