A Spin Cycle Challenge was held by Etwall and Hilton Rotary Club at St George’s Park, near Burton upon Trent, to raise money for Newlife Foundation.

Thirteen teams, from companies across East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire, battled it out to cycle as far as they could in an hour.

The Rotary Club aim to raise between £6,000 and £8,000, which will be split between Newlife Foundation and Trent Lock Scout Centre.

The money donated to Newlife will help UK children with disabilities or terminal illness and their families in Derbyshire.
